Cecelia Hilton began her studies in art in South Florida on techniques in fine line and drawing. She developed her talent and exposure, and has become an established artist in oils specializing in portraiture. She has painted and tutored with other renowned portrait artists from around the country. Currently she is living in the surrounding Atlanta area and continues her career in commissioned portraits, also teaching drawing classes and owner of Fine Lines Art & Framing.
